Microsoft have released Windows 11

• Windows 11 extends the working life of your computer

• Windows 11 can be installed on most computers running Windows 10

Service Fee: $220

Service includes:

• Safety backup of your data

• Upgrade to Windows 11

• Installation of all current Windows 11 Updates

• Testing of major Software

• Reconnection to your Wifi and Printer 

• Basic overview of Windows 11

This service is conducted offsite with with your computer returned to you upon completion. If your computer is not a suitable candidate for upgrade, you will be advised as soon as possible. Some software may need to be upgraded, at additional cost. 

Microsoft are "withdrawing support" to Windows 7 in January 2020

This means that:

• Your computer will no longer have access to Security updates from Microsoft

• Your computer will become increasingly insecure

• Major software such as Anti-Virus will also abandon support for increasingly insecure computers still running WIndows 7

Windows 10 is nothing to be afraid of and is almost identical to Windows 7, however problems may arise if:

• Your computer is too old

• Your Computer has pre-existing issues 

• You choose to purchase and DIY install the upgrade online

• A safety backup of your data is not performed prior to upgrading
